Vegan "Fried Chicken" with Hot Agave Recipe 40 oz. 10 pieces
Simplot Conquest®: Clear Coated Crispy Potato Strips 3/16" x 1" 20 oz. 2 cups
Biscuits, Vegan baking powder 20 oz. 20 each
Lettuce, Bibb or Butter 10 leaves
Vegan Pepper Jack cheese product, shredded 10 oz. 1 1/2 cups
Peppadew peppers 10 oz. 1 1/2 cups
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare Vegan "Fried Chicken" with Hot Agave Recipe; see recipe here ›
Step 2
Prepare potato strips according to package instructions. Reserve hot.
Step 3
For each serving; split open biscuits. Place lettuce and fried seitan pieces on biscuit. Top with vegan cheese and 2 potato strips per biscuit. Finish with Peppadew pepper and place biscuit top, skewer if needed. Serve immediately alongside hot agave nectar.
